New Farming Operation | Full-Time | Start-Up Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on Farm Manager to establish and run a brand-new farming operation. The property

is currently undeveloped — open land with a river — and we need someone with the vision, drive, and

practical skill to set everything up from scratch and coordinate all activities until the farm is fully operational.

This is a true start-up role: you will shape the farm from the ground up and take ownership of its success.

The Farm Is Located in Marondera

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and oversee the development of the farm from undeveloped land to a fully operational enterprise

• Set up infrastructure, systems, and day-to-day farming operations

• Coordinate and supervise all farm activities, workers, and contractors

• Manage resources, budgets, and records with accuracy and accountability

• Report regularly on progress and work closely with the owners

Qualifications and Experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Farming / Agriculture

• Aged between 35 – 45 years old

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Mature, professional, and detail-oriented

• Respectful and easy to work with

• Able to ride a motorbike, or willing to learn

• Self-starter comfortable building an operation from the ground up
